Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Lea Nikel was sold in the Israeli & International Art auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,964.55). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lea Nikel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in December 2014 for USD 56,250.00 (€ 46,483.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Lea Nikel wurde im Dezember 2015 in der Auktion Israeli & International Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 16.250,00 (€ 14.964,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Lea Nikel mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Dezember 2014 für USD 56.250,00 (€ 46.483,76) versteigert wurde.
