A top price for Le Bateleur
This artwork by Le Bateleur achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in December last year. In the Roméo Sarfati Collection auction, the work Paradis sold for EUR 1,312.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 700.00. This high result makes Paradis the most expensive artwork by Le Bateleur that we have observed at auctions so far.
