This artwork by Le Bateleur achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in January 2013. In the Street Art auction, the work Vers L'Eveil De La Conscience sold for EUR 1,158.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Le Bateleur; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Paradis sold at auction in December last year with the realized price of EUR 1,312.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Le Bateleur erzielte im Januar 2013 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Street Art wurde die Arbeit Vers L'Eveil De La Conscience für EUR 1.158,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 500,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Le Bateleur; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Paradis im Dezember letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 1.312,00.
