In November 2021 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape by Lan Ying. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 1,368,000.00 (€ 152,107.73), 37% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lan Ying achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes in March 2019 with an auction result of HKD 29,870,000.00 (€ 3,389,239.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 37 % übertroffen
Im November 2021 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Lan Ying zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 1.368.000,00 (€ 152.107,73) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lan Ying erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscapes im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 29.870.000,00 (€ 3.389.239,40).
