This work of art by Laddie John Dill could be acquired at Christies in New York in October 2012 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 750.00 (€ 578.79) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Laddie John Dill achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Death in Venice in December 2019 with an auction result of USD 11,875.00 (€ 10,577.18).
