Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Night And Day by Ku Fu-Sheng was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. It changed hands for a price of HKD 52,500.00 (€ 6,000.67) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 30,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ku Fu-Sheng have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sitting High(Painted In 1960) in March 2019 with an auction result of HKD 330,400.00 (€ 37,489.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Night And Day von Ku Fu-Sheng kam im Oktober 2019 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 52.500,00 (€ 6.000,67) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ku Fu-Sheng auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sitting High(Painted In 1960) im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 330.400,00 (€ 37.489,28).
