This artwork by Konstantin Kryzhitsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2017. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Woodland Landscape sold for GBP 224,750.00 (€ 255,948.32) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 120,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Konstantin Kryzhitsky; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Landscape sold at auction in June 2009 with the realized price of GBP 289,250.00 (€ 339,425.18).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Kryzhitsky erzielte im Juni 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Woodland Landscape für GBP 224.750,00 (€ 255.948,32) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 120.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Konstantin Kryzhitsky; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Landscape im Juni 2009 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 289.250,00 (€ 339.425,18).
