Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2009 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Paintings Day Sale, which included the work Windy Day by Konstantin Kryzhitsky. The price achieved of GBP 39,650.00 (€ 46,527.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Konstantin Kryzhitsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape in June 2009 with an auction result of GBP 289,250.00 (€ 339,425.18).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2009 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Paintings Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Windy Day von Konstantin Kryzhitsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 39.650,00 (€ 46.527,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konstantin Kryzhitsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 289.250,00 (€ 339.425,18).
