Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 39,071.81), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Korovin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View From The Terrace, Gurzuf in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,497,250.00 (€ 1,892,574.20).
