Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Konstantin Gorbatov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in December 2020. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Spring Waters sold for GBP 13,860.00 (€ 15,482.86) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Gorbatov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Invisible City Of Kitezh in June 2021 with an auction result of GBP 525,000.00 (€ 611,761.48).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Gorbatov erzielte im Dezember 2020 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Spring Waters für GBP 13.860,00 (€ 15.482,86) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Gorbatov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Invisible City Of Kitezh im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 525.000,00 (€ 611.761,48).
