Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Christies held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Golden Autumn by Konstantin Gorbatov. The price achieved of GBP 93,750.00 (€ 109,243.12) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Konstantin Gorbatov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Invisible City Of Kitezh in June 2021 with an auction result of GBP 525,000.00 (€ 611,761.48).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Christies die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Golden Autumn von Konstantin Gorbatov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 93.750,00 (€ 109.243,12) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konstantin Gorbatov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Invisible City Of Kitezh im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 525.000,00 (€ 611.761,48).
