In November 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Courtyard Of The Mosque Of Omar In Jerusalem by Konstantin Gorbatov. The auction ended at the price of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,675.74), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Gorbatov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Invisible City Of Kitezh in June 2021 with an auction result of GBP 525,000.00 (€ 611,761.48).

Im November 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Courtyard Of The Mosque Of Omar In Jerusalem von Konstantin Gorbatov zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.675,74) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Gorbatov erzielen.
