Auction result well in line with expectations
The work In the Park by Konstantin Korovin was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2021. The price achieved of GBP 25,200.00 (€ 29,364.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Korovin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View From The Terrace, Gurzuf in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 1,497,250.00 (€ 1,892,574.20).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit In the Park von Konstantin Korovin wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 25.200,00 (€ 29.364,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Korovin erzielen.
