Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2019 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Koïchi Enomoto for USD 938.00 (€ 842.77). This price was achieved in the auction Phillips x Artsy Summer School at Phillips in an online auction and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Koïchi Enomoto have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2009 with an auction result of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 6,557.10).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2019 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Koïchi Enomoto für USD 938,00 (€ 842,77) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Phillips x Artsy Summer School bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Koïchi Enomoto auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 6.557,10).
