Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Velvet-VIA-Wall(R) by Kohei Nawa was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in May 2020. The price achieved of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 4,358.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kohei Nawa achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work PixCell-Jackalope #5 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 960,000.00 (€ 980,347.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Velvet-VIA-Wall(R) von Kohei Nawa kam im Mai 2020 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 4.358,89) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kohei Nawa erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit PixCell-Jackalope #5 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 960.000,00 (€ 980.347,83).
