In November this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Post-Millennium Evening Sale, a Collab with Jay Chou, which included the work PIXCELL-DEER 32 by Kohei Nawa. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 8,190,000.00 (€ 961,056.11), 37% above the upper estimate. Other works by Kohei Nawa have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 960,000.00 (€ 980,347.83) in April this year for the work PixCell-Jackalope #5.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 37 % übertroffen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Post-Millennium Evening Sale, a Collab with Jay Chou durch, in der auch die Arbeit PIXCELL-DEER 32 von Kohei Nawa zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 8.190.000,00 (€ 961.056,11) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Kohei Nawa haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 960.000,00 (€ 980.347,83) im April diesen Jahres für die Arbeit PixCell-Jackalope #5 beobachtet.
