Meiji era (1868-1912), dated 1879 and 1880
Two oban yoko-e prints from the Tokyo landscape series; the first titled Chanomizu yuki (Snow at Ochanomizu), dated Meiji 13 (1880); the second titled Tokyo Ryogoku Hyapponkui akatsuki no zu (Sunrise at Hyapponkui, Ryogoku, Tokyo), dated Meiji 12 (1879), both published by Fukuda Kumajiro; both signed Kobayashi Kiyochika/Kobayashi Kiyochika hitsu. Each sheet approx., 23.2cm x 34.2cm (9 1/8in x 13½in). (2).
