Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Kurokami (Glossy Dark Hair), From The Series Kindai Jisesho No Uchi Go (Women'S Manners of Today, No. 5), 1931.2 by Kobayakawa Kiyoshi was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2005. The price achieved of USD 2,400.00 (€ 1,850.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kobayakawa Kiyoshi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Showa era (1926-1989), 1930 in March last year with an auction result of USD 50,312.50 (€ 45,355.18).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Kurokami (Glossy Dark Hair), From The Series Kindai Jisesho No Uchi Go (Women'S Manners of Today, No. 5), 1931.2 von Kobayakawa Kiyoshi kam im März 2005 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion.
