A top price for Ko Nam - as previously expected
The work Visiting a Friend's Farmhouse by Ko Nam was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. It changed hands for a price of HKD 43,750.00 (€ 5,074.19) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 35,000.00 – 45,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Visiting a Friend's Farmhouse is the most expensive artwork by Ko Nam that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Visiting a Friend's Farmhouse von Ko Nam kam im November 2019 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 43.750,00 (€ 5.074,19) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 35.000,00 – 45.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Visiting a Friend's Farmhouse das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ko Nam, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
