Quarto (250 x 200 mm). 286 black and white photographs. (Some browning and marginal wear on the title, small area of wear in the bottom margin of the first few leaves.) Original photo-illustrated wrappers (laminate with some wear and lifting at the spine ends and extremities, spine browned).
