Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Klara Kristalova could be acquired at Sothebys in London in September 2017 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Day Sale auction, the work The Rights Of Spring... changed hands for GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,807.08) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Klara Kristalova - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in May 2015 for SEK 160,000.00 (€ 17,071.13).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Klara Kristalova konnte im September 2017 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Day Sale wechselte die Arbeit The Rights Of Spring... für GBP 6.000,00 (€ 6.807,08) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Klara Kristalova mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Mai 2015 für SEK 160.000,00 (€ 17.071,13) versteigert wurde.
