Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2010 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work Map of Gahoe by Kim Bo Min. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 80,000.00 – 160,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 9,880.33) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Kim Bo Min have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2010 the work The Egrets was auctioned for HKD 100,000.00 (€ 10,388.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2010 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Map of Gahoe von Kim Bo Min zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 160.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 9.880,33) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Kim Bo Min konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2010 die Arbeit The Egrets für HKD 100.000,00 (€ 10.388,88) versteigert.
