In February 2011 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Life in the 21st century by Kevin Samuel Murphy. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,619.63). With this result, Life in the 21st century is even the most expensive work of art by Kevin Samuel Murphy that we have observed at auctions so far.
