The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 875.00 (€ 1,090.21) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Kevin Samuel Murphy have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2011 the work Life in the 21st century was auctioned for GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,619.63).
