Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Time by Kevin Samuel Murphy for GBP 750.00 (€ 895.52). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Kevin Samuel Murphy have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in February 2011 by the work Life in the 21st century at GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,619.63).
