Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Guitar/Red, 1990 by Kevin Lincoln was auctioned at Bonhams in Sidney in May last year. The price achieved of AUD 4,920.00 (€ 4,584.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Kevin Lincoln have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in August 2009 the work Australian Mauve was auctioned for AUD 14,400.00 (€ 8,466.04).
