This artwork by Keith Leonard achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in September 2018. In the Made in Britain auction, the work Masculine And Feminine sold for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 3,930.95) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Keith Leonard; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Leaning Form sold at auction in November 2020 with the realized price of GBP 6,300.00 (€ 7,032.93).
