Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2016 Phillips in New York held the auction Latin America, which included the work Leonora Carrington with Doll by Kati Horna. Here, the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,348.45). Other works by Kati Horna have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 20,000.00 (€ 12,853.47) in May 2008 for the work Portrait of Leonora Carrington.

Im Mai 2016 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Latin America durch, in der auch die Arbeit Leonora Carrington with Doll von Kati Horna zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.348,45) einen neuen Besitzer.
