Auction result well in line with expectations
In September this year Phillips in 19 - held the auction Heatwave: Online Auction, which included the work Agent by Kathryn Andrews. The price achieved of GBP 6,350.00 (€ 6,350.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Kathryn Andrews have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Two Works) in July 2015 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 31,897.44).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Phillips in 19 - die Auktion Heatwave: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Agent von Kathryn Andrews zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.350,00 (€ 6.350,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kathryn Andrews auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Two Works) im Juli 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 31.897,44).
