In December 2007 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Twentieth Century Art, which included the work Bathing Nudes by Kasper Niehaus. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 8,650.00 73% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kasper Niehaus - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Het kind van de zee, which sold at auction in May 2013 for EUR 22,500.00.

Im Dezember 2007 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Twentieth Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bathing Nudes von Kasper Niehaus zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 8.650,00 und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Kasper Niehaus mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Het kind van de zee beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für EUR 22.500,00 versteigert wurde.
