Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Limitations (Painted In 2018) by Kasing Lung was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 65,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 66,000.00 (€ 67,398.91). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kasing Lung - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Otto Ule (Painted In 2018), which sold at auction in April this year for HKD 144,000.00 (€ 147,052.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Limitations (Painted In 2018) von Kasing Lung wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 65.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 66.000,00 (€ 67.398,91) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Kasing Lung mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Otto Ule (Painted In 2018) beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für HKD 144.000,00 (€ 147.052,17) versteigert wurde.
