Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2016 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work 200714 by Karl Norin. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,384.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Karl Norin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Atomic Shiva", which sold at auction in November 2021 for SEK 100,000.00 (€ 9,754.58).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2016 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit 200714 von Karl Norin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.384,36) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Karl Norin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Atomic Shiva" beobachtet, die im November 2021 für SEK 100.000,00 (€ 9.754,58) versteigert wurde.
