Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Karl Nordström could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Klassiska auction, the work Still life with flowers changed hands for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,928.93) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Karl Nordström - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Skymning Hallandskusten" (Twilight over the coast of Halland), which sold at auction in June 2011 for SEK 175,000.00 (€ 19,111.07).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Karl Nordström konnte im Juni 2016 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Klassiska wechselte die Arbeit Still life with flowers für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.928,93) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Karl Nordström mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Skymning Hallandskusten" (Twilight over the coast of Halland) beobachtet, die im Juni 2011 für SEK 175.000,00 (€ 19.111,07) versteigert wurde.
