In June 2015 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Klassiska, which included the work "I allén", motiv från Provins (In the avenue, scene from Provins) by Karl Nordström. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,728.53), 33% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Karl Nordström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Skymning Hallandskusten" (Twilight over the coast of Halland) in June 2011 with an auction result of SEK 175,000.00 (€ 19,111.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2015 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Klassiska durch, in der auch die Arbeit "I allén", motiv från Provins (In the avenue, scene from Provins) von Karl Nordström zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.728,53) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Karl Nordström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Skymning Hallandskusten" (Twilight over the coast of Halland) im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 175.000,00 (€ 19.111,07).
