Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Karl Nordström could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm auction, the work "Höstlandskap vid Brunnsviken" (Autumn landscape from Brunnsviken) changed hands for SEK 28,000.00 (€ 3,161.91) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by Karl Nordström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Skymning Hallandskusten" (Twilight over the coast of Halland) in June 2011 with an auction result of SEK 175,000.00 (€ 19,111.07).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Karl Nordström konnte im Dezember 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm wechselte die Arbeit "Höstlandskap vid Brunnsviken" (Autumn landscape from Brunnsviken) für SEK 28.000,00 (€ 3.161,91) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karl Nordström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Skymning Hallandskusten" (Twilight over the coast of Halland) im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 175.000,00 (€ 19.111,07).
