Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Karl Nordström achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2013. In the Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm auction, the work "Borreberget, Tjörn" sold for SEK 70,000.00 (€ 7,904.78) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Karl Nordström - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Skymning Hallandskusten" (Twilight over the coast of Halland), which sold at auction in June 2011 for SEK 175,000.00 (€ 19,111.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Karl Nordström erzielte im Dezember 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm wurde die Arbeit "Borreberget, Tjörn" für SEK 70.000,00 (€ 7.904,78) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Karl Nordström mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Skymning Hallandskusten" (Twilight over the coast of Halland) beobachtet, die im Juni 2011 für SEK 175.000,00 (€ 19.111,07) versteigert wurde.
