Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait of a woman by Karina Ami was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in August 2021. The price achieved of USD 378.00 (€ 320.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Karina Ami achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Witch in March 2021 with an auction result of USD 5,670.00 (€ 4,828.41).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait of a woman von Karina Ami kam im August 2021 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 378,00 (€ 320,34) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Karina Ami erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Witch im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 5.670,00 (€ 4.828,41).
