A top price for Karel Wiggers - as previously expected
The work Girl in interior by Karel Wiggers was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2010. The auction ended at the price of EUR 6,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Girl in interior is the most expensive artwork by Karel Wiggers that we have observed at auctions so far.
