Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2016 Artcurial held the auction Michel Fedoroff Collection, which included the work Moucharabieh - 2006 by Kader Attia. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 80,600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Kader Attia - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ghost, which sold at auction in October 2013 for GBP 181,875.00 (€ 214,974.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Michel Fedoroff Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit Moucharabieh - 2006 von Kader Attia zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 80.600,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Kader Attia mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ghost beobachtet, die im Oktober 2013 für GBP 181.875,00 (€ 214.974,81) versteigert wurde.
