It achieved a price of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,334.36), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Admittedly, works by Julius Olsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Golden Shore in December 2008 with an auction result of GBP 17,500.00 (€ 18,380.09).

Die Arbeit Stockholm Harbour von Julius Olsson wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Victorian, British and Impressionist Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.334,36) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Julius Olsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Golden Shore im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 18.380,09).
