Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La Familia by Juan Soriano was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2010. It changed hands for a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 14,383.25) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Juan Soriano achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Apolo y las musas in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 250,000.00 (€ 210,119.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La Familia von Juan Soriano kam im November 2010 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 14.383,25) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Juan Soriano erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Apolo y las musas im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 250.000,00 (€ 210.119,35).
