A top price for Ju Lian
This artwork by Ju Lian achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2020. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work The Legends Of Flowers sold for HKD 7,375,000.00 (€ 808,030.41) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 2,800,000.00. This high result makes The Legends Of Flowers the most expensive artwork by Ju Lian that we have observed at auctions so far.
