It achieved a price of HKD 166,400.00 (€ 20,122.94), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 39%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joseph Inguimberty achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Hamac (The Hammock) in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 7,540,000.00 (€ 889,989.90).

Die Arbeit Vue Des Vallées von Joseph Inguimberty kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 166.400,00 (€ 20.122,94) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 39%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joseph Inguimberty erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Hamac (The Hammock) im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.540.000,00 (€ 889.989,90).
