In November 2012 VAN HAM held the auction Alte Kunst, which included the work Maria Magdalena mit dem Engelchen by Joseph Heintz the Elder. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 77,400.00 29% above the estimate. Admittedly, works by Joseph Heintz the Elder have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Diana And Callisto in July 2015 with an auction result of GBP 485,000.00 (€ 687,567.10).

Im November 2012 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Alte Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Maria Magdalena mit dem Engelchen von Joseph Heintz the Elder zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 77.400,00 und damit 29% über dem Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joseph Heintz the Elder auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Diana And Callisto im Juli 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 485.000,00 (€ 687.567,10).
