Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Deux Personnages Pechant by José de Guimarães was auctioned at Artcurial in October 2014. It changed hands for a price of EUR 4,420.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by José de Guimarães achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portuguese L'Automobile in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 45,850.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Deux Personnages Pechant von José de Guimarães kam im Oktober 2014 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 4.420,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 4.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von José de Guimarães erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portuguese L'Automobile im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 45.850,00.
