Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work "Advenutres" by José de Guimarães for SEK 130,000.00 (€ 15,223.27). This price was achieved in the auction Astra Collection H043 at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 150,000.00 – 175,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by José de Guimarães - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portuguese L'Automobile, which sold at auction in December 2007 for EUR 45,850.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Advenutres" von José de Guimarães für SEK 130.000,00 (€ 15.223,27) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Astra Collection H043 bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 150.000,00 – 175.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von José de Guimarães mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portuguese L'Automobile beobachtet, die im Dezember 2007 für EUR 45.850,00 versteigert wurde.
