Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans Titre - 1971 by Jorge Castillo was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in April 2016. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,340.00 17% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jorge Castillo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wall Street I in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 60,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1971 von Jorge Castillo wurde im April 2016 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.340,00 und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jorge Castillo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wall Street I im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 60.250,00.
