The »bidding war« ended at GBP 45,000.00 (€ 53,469.73), 29% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Joos de Momper have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Paysage d'hiver avec un moulin à vent in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 362,500.00.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 45.000,00 (€ 53.469,73) und damit 29% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joos de Momper auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Paysage d'hiver avec un moulin à vent im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 362.500,00.
