In November 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction British & Irish Art, which included the work The Hall And Staircase Of A Country House by Jonathan Pratt. It changed hands for a price of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 22,563.12) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00.
