This artwork by Jonathan Pratt achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in November 2002. In the VICTORIAN PICTURES auction, the work James Watt's Workshop sold for GBP 5,377.50 (€ 8,420.89) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jonathan Pratt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Hall And Staircase Of A Country House, which sold at auction in November 2013 for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 22,563.12).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Jonathan Pratt erzielte im November 2002 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion VICTORIAN PICTURES wurde die Arbeit James Watt's Workshop für GBP 5.377,50 (€ 8.420,89) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jonathan Pratt mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Hall And Staircase Of A Country House beobachtet, die im November 2013 für GBP 18.750,00 (€ 22.563,12) versteigert wurde.
